Meet Dr. Felicia Ganther
With more than 30 years of facilitation experience, Felicia brings an engaging and simple approach to helping teams and organizations find the best of the individual perspective in order to move the collective team towards implementable solutions. Whether it's to solve complex issues, to develop strategic initiatives, to improve team productivity, or to introduce new organizational efforts, Felicia brings passion to the work so that there is clarity, buy-in, alignment, and a commitment to action. From a room of five people to a convention of 1,000, Felicia energizes every room she is present in. Using laughter and joyful engagement, Felicia helps teams and organizations through the polarization of the unknown (fear), to a place of empowerment. Structurally, Felicia builds out a custom approach for each facilitated experience ranging from pre-work and pre-interviewing to post-production and smaller unit follow-up.
Change is difficult for some, but not impossible for all. As institutions and organizations face new and unfamiliar challenges, both internal and external change leaders are needed. Internal change leaders help to keep the change moving towards implementation and adoption, while the external change leader brings a clean slate for which the vision, execution, and deployment of the desired changes happens. There is no topic too obscure or too complex for Felicia to address. While her strengths are motivational concepts, educational topics, socio-political issues, organizational developments, and leadership/management concepts, Felicia works with a team of subject matter experts to ensure that she meets the desired outcomes of the program, project, or presentation. Felicia also works closely with the organization’s point of contact to ensure that the presentation exceeds their expectations.
